Brazilian Basic's Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Brazilian Basics products you may return them for a full refund. Before returning your order you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling our toll free Customer Service number at 1-800-960-7349 and providing your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number. We will not accept returns without reference to a specific RMA number issued by our customer service department.

Unopened or unused units are eligible for refunds up to 100% of the price paid and opened or used units are eligible for up to 70% of the price paid (shipping and handling is not included).

To receive a refund you must obtain a RMA number with in 30 days of your purchase date. Your returned order must then be received with in 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number. You must write the RMA number on the label that is printed for returns and included with all Brazilian Basics orders.
